We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Dog Groomer to join our professional team at Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Boca Raton. If you love dogs, take pride in your grooming skills, and enjoy working in a supportive environment — we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning
- Follow breed-specific standards and client preferences
- Ensure safety and comfort of pets during grooming
- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional grooming experience preferred
- Knowledge of breed-specific styles and grooming tools
- Ability to work with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Experience mentoring or training other groomers
