Well Groomed Pets is a modern grooming salon located in the heart of Parker, CO. We are looking for a Groomer (part-time) to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing high-quality professional grooms
- Completing all training requirements & safety certifications
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store
- Maintaining a sanitary and healthy environment, including cleaning, sweeping, and disinfecting grooming areas daily and between clients
- Properly maintaining grooming tools
- Obtaining AKC S.A.F.E certification and Fear Free certification once hired (courses provided by the salon)
Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced dog groomer with at least three years of full-time grooming experience
- Strong knowledge of individual breed standards and breed cuts
- Professional Grooming Certifications preferred but not required
- Cheerful, friendly, positive team-oriented attitude – assist other team members as needed
- Problem Solving/Adaptability - each pet is unique
- Attention to detail – exceeding client expectations
- Time management – manage own productivity
- Be comfortable with all dog breeds, sizes, and health conditions
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds when needed. Our electric grooming and drying tables can raise/lower to minimize lifting, and tubs come with ramps.

Salary: $22-$32/hr plus tips
Schedule:
- Day shift -9 am to 5 pm
- Preferred schedule (Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Some Holidays
