Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Dog Groomer with 5+ years of grooming experience to join our team. As a highly skilled groomer, you will be responsible for providing 5-star grooming services and exceptional customer care. From the moment the pet enters until they leave looking and feeling their best, you will be the one providing a personalized and thorough grooming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services including, but not limited to:
Bathing and drying
Hair cutting and styling based on client requests
Brushing out coats and flea treatments
Clipping and buffing nails
Gland expression
Dematting and ear cleaning
Maintain a clean and safe grooming area throughout the day and at the end of your shift
Ensure that each pet is treated with care, compassion, and respect throughout the entire grooming process
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pet's needs and preferences
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional grooming experience
Creative and detail-oriented, able to exceed clients' expectations with every grooming session
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pet owners
Comfortable working with all breeds and sizes of dogs
Certificate in grooming is a plus
Ability to handle pets safely and with care
Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for animals and a genuine love for dogs
