Pet Bather position

We have a very fast paced & busy Spaw. Do you have any weight lifting limitations? We have lots of furry clients, from 4 pounds to 100+ pounds. Expected Schedule & Hours: 9:00am-when your job is complete & work station cleaned (generally 1-3pm) every Saturday, Sunday, & some Fridays.

Duties:
- Bathe & dry pets according to Groomer instructions
- Perform ear cleaning, teeth brushing, & anal gland expression
- Handle and restrain animals safely and gently during bathing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in pet or related field is preferred
- General knowledge of pet handling techniques
- Ability to handle animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Heavy lifting: Ability to lift and carry pets of various sizes. We have furry clients from 4 pounds to over 100 pounds

This job requires lots of praise, patience, attention to detail, no known allergy to medicated shampoos/flea treatments, good communication, & ability to perform the job with speed while maintaining quality of work.

Please note that this position does require some weekend availability.
